This Digital Product Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of digital products made through our platform, website, sales pages, or any authorized distribution channel (“Platform”). By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms contained herein.
For the purpose of this Policy:
“Company” refers to Cou7box / RSA VISION SDN BHD.
“Customer” refers to any individual or entity that purchases digital products from the Company.
“Digital Product(s)” include but are not limited to: e-books, templates, online courses, downloadable content, frameworks, workbooks, training materials, spreadsheets, and any intangible digital goods.
“Platform” refers to the Company’s official website, sales platforms, payment portals, or any authorized channel through which the digital products are made available.
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales made by the Company are final and strictly non-refundable. Once access to a Digital Product is granted, the Customer is deemed to have received full value and therefore waives any right to request a refund, except where explicitly stated in this Policy.
The Company does not offer refunds under circumstances including, but not limited to:
Customer changes their mind after purchase
Customer does not utilize or download the product
Customer claims the product is “not suitable” or “not as expected”
Customer purchased the product accidentally
Customer fails to read the product description prior to purchase
Customer fails to achieve desired results, outcomes, or performance
This clause is enforceable under standard digital commerce practices and consumer protection exemptions for digital goods.
Refunds may only be considered under very limited circumstances, as outlined below:
If the Customer is charged more than once for the same transaction, the Company will verify the duplicated charge and, upon confirmation, issue a refund for the duplicated amount only.
Where the Customer is unable to access the Digital Product due to a verifiable technical error caused by the Company, and such issue:
Has been reported to the Company within 48 hours of purchase; and
The Company fails to rectify the issue within 3 business days
— the Customer may be eligible for a refund.
If a specific product is marketed with a “Money-Back Guarantee”, the conditions of that guarantee will apply. The Customer must comply with all stated requirements (e.g., proof of completion, evidence of implementation, screenshots, or completion of tasks).
If no guarantee is explicitly stated, this clause does not apply.
Where a Customer believes they qualify for one of the exceptions, a formal request must be submitted to the Company via:

All refund requests must include:
Full Name
Email used during purchase
Date and proof of purchase (receipt or transaction record)
Detailed explanation of the issue
Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error logs)
Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in rejection of the refund request.
The Company shall review all eligible refund requests within 3–5 business days.
If approved, refund processing may take 3–21 business days, depending on payment gateway timelines.
All refunds, where applicable, will be issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
The Company is not liable for delays caused by banks, e-wallet providers, or third-party payment processors.
Refund rights, where granted, are not transferable to any third party.
Only the individual/entity listed as the purchaser may request a refund.
All Digital Products provided by the Company are protected under copyright laws.
Upon purchase:
The Customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license.
Unauthorized sharing, distribution, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access without refund.
The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Attempting to obtain a refund after downloading or using the product
Filing disputes/chargebacks without first contacting the Company
Suspected misuse of refund guarantees
In cases of chargeback or payment dispute, the Company may revoke all access to its products and services until the matter is resolved.
The Company reserves the sole right to modify, update, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
The most current version of the Policy will always be available on the Company’s official website.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
